A majority-Robusta blend from Nicaragua and El Salvador delivers dense body and high intensity, while a touch of Arabica adds refinement. Expect a thick crema and roasted cereal, almond and spice notes that shine alongside a Pastel de Nata.

ORIGIN
Mostly Robusta beans from Nicaragua and El Salvador, rounded out with Arabica from El Salvador to layer in subtle sweetness.

ROASTING
The Arabica beans are lightly roasted with a fine grind, while Robusta beans are roasted to a darker level. This creates a notable difference in the roasting profiles between the two varieties within the blend.
