Posti Postal package
Get your order delivered to your closest Pick-Up Point or your Pick-Up Point of choice.
Your package will be traceable and you will be notified by SMS to the mobile number provided when your package is ready to be collected (typically 1-2 weekdays). Bring a valid ID when collecting your package.
The package will be kept for 7 days at the collection point after which they will be returned to Nespresso.
We offer free delivery for all orders above 60 €. For orders 60 € and under the shipping cost is 4.99 €
Matkahuolto Home Delivery
Matkahuolto home delivery.
The delivery time is agreed with the recipient via SMS and email links, where you can choose a more precise delivery date and time.
The recipient can also choose drop-off without contact and provide a door code for successful delivery.
The delivery time enquiry is usually sent within one, but no later than three working days after shipping.
Delivery windows vary from place to place, the most common being 2-3 hour delivery windows.
Drivers will call if access to the address is blocked.
Evening and weekend deliveries are available in major cities.
Saturday deliveries are available in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Tampere, Turku and Oulu.
There are also evening deliveries in Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kouvola, Kuopio, Lahti and Pori.
Posti Home Delivery
Get your order delivered to the comfort of your own home.
Posti will contact you the next working day and collaboratively you will agree on a delivery time (between 9:00-21:00) that works the best for you. The order is tracable throughout the process.
We offer free delivery for all orders above 200 €. For orders 200 € and under the shipping cost is 12.99 €
Matkahuolto Business Distribution during the day
Delivered to the recipient's address on weekdays between 8am and 4pm without prior notice, usually within 1-3 working days.
Especially suitable for businesses and shops.
If the delivery fails, the parcel is taken to Matkahuolto for collection and the recipient is notified by SMS or email.
Workplace delivery
Delivery to a business address. Recipient needs to be at the location when the delivery happens. Mainly delivered between 8:00 and 16:00 the next working day.
