ORIGIN
Master Origin India is crafted with monsooned Robusta blended into Indian Arabica, resulting in intense woody and spicy aromatics. Farmers in the southwest of India spread the green coffee beans in heaps across open-sided warehouses, allowing the monsoonal winds to repeatedly swell and dry the beans over months. This natural process is unique to India and gives the coffee its signature wild taste.
ROASTING
To preserve the coffee’s bold character, the beans are roasted to ensure the intense woody and spicy notes shine through while keeping the body thick and rich, as thick as sea mist, maintaining the robust essence of this monsooned Robusta and Arabica blend.
