RICH & WOODY
Master Origin Indonesia’s bold character comes from the unique wet-hulling process used by Sumatran farmers. In the humid climate of Indonesia, the coffee beans are hulled while still soft and moist, allowing them to dry more quickly once exposed. This method, known as wet-hulling, produces the signature thick, velvety body and wildly aromatic profile, with notes of cured tobacco and deep woodiness that define this classic Indonesian coffee.
ORIGIN
Master Origin Indonesia is a wet-hulled Arabica that takes its cues from Indonesia’s humid climate. The farmers' race against the rain results in a unique, intense coffee with velvety thickness and a rich, cured tobacco aroma that is distinctly Indonesian.
ROASTING
Roasted medium-dark to bring out the velvety body and earthy woodiness, while preserving the wild aromatic intensity. The curing process imparts a cured tobacco finish, complementing the rich, full-bodied texture.
AROMATIC PROFILE
This wet-hulled Indonesian coffee offers deep, rich woody notes with a velvety texture and complex aromas of cured tobacco. When paired with milk, nutty and roasted flavors emerge, rounding out the coffee’s bold intensity.
