ORIGIN
The thick, velvety character of World Explorations Istanbul Espresso is a modern tribute to the ancient traditional Turkish brewing method, that lovely long-handled brass or copper coffee pot that goes by the names of cezve and ibrik. The taste of this oldest of coffee brewing traditions is celebrated by the blend’s Arabica beans. The Robusta tells the story of how coffee first travelled through ancient trade routes. These coffees come together to bring a wonderfully complex profile of both bitterness and acidity, wild fruitiness, and roasted notes.

ROASTING
This classic split-roast has average intensity and roasting time. The batches are separated into Arabicas and Robustas for a more precise roast.
