Postal package
Get your order delivered to your closest Pick-Up Point or your Pick-Up Point of choice.
Your package will be traceable and you will be notified by SMS to the mobile number provided when your package is ready to be collected (typically 1–2 weekdays). Bring a valid ID when collecting your package.
The package will be kept for 7 days at the collection point after which they will be returned to Nespresso.
We offer free delivery for all orders above 75 €. For orders 75 € and under, the shipping cost is 4.99 €.
Matkahuolto
Pick-up point
Get your order delivered to a Matkahuolto Pick-up Point or parcel locker of your choice.
Your package will be traceable, and you will receive a pick-up code by SMS, email or via the Matkahuolto Paketit app when your package is ready to be collected. Parcels are typically delivered to Matkahuolto parcel lockers and pick-up points within 1–2 working days.
You will need the pick-up code to collect your parcel. The pick-up code replaces the need to show ID or written authorisation when picking up a parcel.
The package will be kept at the collection point for 5 days, after which it will be returned to Nespresso. Additional storage time may be available through the Matkahuolto Paketit app or Matkahuolto’s website.
Shipping cost is 5.49 €.
Budbee
Box
Get your order delivered to a Budbee Box location of your choice, where you can collect your parcel whenever it suits you.
Your package will be traceable, and Budbee will keep you updated via the Budbee app or the tracking link sent by text message. When your package is ready to be collected, you will receive a code to open the locker.
You will need the code to collect your parcel from the Budbee Box. Please make sure you are at the correct Box location before entering the code.
The package will be kept in the locker for 3 days, after which it will be returned to Budbee’s warehouse. You can extend the collection time by 3 days via the Budbee app or tracking link. If the parcel is not collected, it may later be returned to Nespresso.
Shipping cost is 4.99 €.
Posti
Home Delivery
Get your order delivered to the comfort of your own home.
Posti will contact you the next working day and collaboratively you will agree on a delivery time (between 9:00–21:00) that works the best for you. The order is tracable throughout the process.
We offer free delivery for all orders above 250 €. For orders 250 € and under the shipping cost is 12.99 €.
Matkahuolto
Home Delivery
The delivery time is agreed with the recipient via SMS and email links, where you can choose a more precise delivery date and time. The recipient can also choose drop-off without contact and provide a door code for successful delivery. The delivery time enquiry is usually sent within one, but no later than three working days after shipping. Delivery windows vary from place to place, the most common being 2–3 hour delivery windows. Drivers will call if access to the address is blocked.
Evening and weekend deliveries are available in major cities. Saturday deliveries are available in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Tampere, Turku and Oulu. There are also evening deliveries in Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kouvola, Kuopio, Lahti and Pori.

Budbee
Home
Get your order delivered to the comfort of your own home in the afternoon or evening.
Budbee will notify you when your delivery has been scheduled. On the day of delivery, you will receive an estimated delivery time around lunch, and from around 16:00 you can track the driver carrying your package via the Budbee app or the tracking link sent by text message.
Home deliveries are usually made on weekdays between 16:00 and 22:30. In cities where weekend delivery is available, deliveries are also made between 16:00 and 22:30. You can manage your delivery through the Budbee app or tracking link, including changing the delivery time or choosing to have the parcel left outside your door when available and when no signature or ID check is required.
If Budbee is unable to deliver your parcel, you will receive a notification or text message with a link to book a new delivery. The package will be kept at a Budbee terminal in the meantime.

Posti
Express delivery
Posti Express parcel is a fast service aimed at businesses, delivering shipments within 1–2 business days, often by the next day if order is placed by 15:00. Parcels are delivered to the recipient’s door Tuesday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. without arranging a separate delivery time. If you're not able to receive the package at the time of the delivery, the post office will leave a delivery note in your mailbox and you can find your package at the nearest Posti collection point, at a later time.
Packages are kept for 7 weekdays at the collection point after which it will be returned to Nespresso.
Shipping cost is 16.99 €.
Matkahuolto
Business Distribution during the day
Delivered to the recipient's address on weekdays between 8am and 4pm without prior notice, usually within 1–3 working days.
Especially suitable for businesses and shops.
If the delivery fails, the parcel is taken to Matkahuolto for collection and the recipient is notified by SMS or email.
Shipping cost is 13.99 €.
