ORIGIN
Master Origin Nicaragua is crafted with Black-Honey processed Arabica beans. This intricate process involves leaving some of the mucilage on the coffee beans during drying, resulting in a smooth and nectarous texture with sweet cereal flavors. The Nicaraguan highlands provide the ideal climate for producing this exceptional Arabica.
ROASTING
We roast this coffee lightly to medium to preserve its honeyed sweetness and delicate cereal notes. This gentle roasting process helps balance its natural sweetness with a mild nutty finish.
