Master Origins Ethiopia is a delicate, floral coffee with alluring blueberry notes and a hint of musk. This Vertuo coffee is crafted from dry-processed Arabica grown in the western highlands of Ethiopia, where the coffee cherries are carefully sun-dried using traditional methods. The result is a coffee that showcases the finest flowery aromatics and vibrant fruity character.
ORIGIN
In the western highlands of Ethiopia, the sun-drying process has been perfected over generations. Farmers spread the coffee cherries on raised drying beds and hand-turn them regularly to ensure even drying. This natural method enhances the coffee’s floral and fruity notes, producing a unique coffee with the signature flavor of ripe blueberries.
ROASTING
We roast this Master Origins coffee in two splits: a light roast to preserve the delicate floral notes and a medium roast to bring out the wilder, heavier aromatics. This careful roasting technique ensures the complexity of Ethiopian Arabica is fully expressed.
