ORIGIN
Kazaar is a blend of four bold coffees, dominated by unwashed and washed Robustas. The rare washed Robusta adds a clean taste and creamy texture to balance the brute strength of the unwashed Robusta. Arabicas are also blended in to lend a natural sweetness, creating a perfectly balanced yet intensely bold coffee.

ROASTING
We use a split-roasting technique for Kazaar to bring out the unique qualities of each coffee in the blend. The Arabicas and Robustas are roasted intensely to develop their bitterness and body. The unwashed Robusta, however, receives a lighter roast to highlight its more delicate aromatic notes.
