ORIGIN
A complex blend of Arabica and Robusta beans, bringing together cocoa and spice notes with subtle acidity and caramel sweetness.
ROASTING
The Arabicas and Robustas are split roasted to develop the contrasting characteristics of this blend. In the first roast, the Arabicas and Robustas are roasted together for a longer duration to deepen the woody and cocoa notes. The second split, made up of decaffeinated Arabica, is roasted for a slightly shorter time to preserve its delicate sweetness and acidity.
