ORIGIN
Mexican Arabica has a long history, but Robusta was introduced in 1949. Producers in Mexico have developed a unique process for Robusta, using a double wash to refine its intense character. This meticulous process ensures the sticky fruit flesh is thoroughly removed, resulting in an exceptionally clean, wild coffee with a textured and spiced profile.
ROASTING
The Arabica beans are given a medium roast, while the rare double washed Robusta beans undergo a long, deep roast to fully develop their intense flavor. Together, this blend is medium-roasted to perfection, balancing intensity and smoothness.
