ORIGIN
A 100% Arabica blend, using a mix of unwashed and washed beans from different African countries, primarily from Zambia and Rwanda. 

ROASTING
The washed arabicas are combined and light-roasted to preserve acidity and delicate fruity notes, while the unwashed beans are roasted slightly darker to develop some body and intensity. 

AROMATIC PROFILE 
A fruity, citric blend with sweet aromatics and delicious honey and nutty notes and a chocolate touch.
