CCTV in operation
Perroy Fi Oy uses security cameras at Nespresso Boutique Tripla, Fredikanterassi 1, 00520 Helsinki to help maintain the safety of customers and staff, prevent and investigate security incidents, and protect our premises and property.

Who manages the cameras and recordings
The cameras are owned and managed by Perroy Fi Oy, and the recordings are stored and kept by Perroy Fi Oy. Access is limited to authorised personnel only.

Legal basis
Processing is based on legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) to ensure safety and security in and around the boutique.

What data is processed
Video footage (images) of visitors and staff, including date and time information.

Disclosures
Recordings may be disclosed to competent authorities (for example, the police) when necessary to investigate incidents or for legal claims. We do not use CCTV footage for marketing.

Retention
Recordings are kept for a limited period and deleted regularly. The normal retention period is 30 days, unless specific footage needs to be retained longer due to an incident and related investigation or legal process.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA
We do not transfer recordings outside the EU/EEA.

Your rights
You have rights under data protection law, including the right to access your data and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To help us locate relevant footage, please provide the date, approximate time, and location of your visit. When responding, we will protect the rights of other individuals captured in the footage (for example, by masking where needed).

Complaints
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish supervisory authority (Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman).

Automated decision-making
CCTV footage is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
