Official Rules
1. Organizer
The raffle is organized by Perroy Fi Oy (the official Nespresso representative in Finland), Business ID: 3342322-9, Itämerenkatu 1, 00180 Helsinki. The raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any other third parties.
2. Raffle Period
The raffle runs from October 1, 2025, at 00:00 until October 5, 2025, at 23:59. Entries must be submitted by October 5, 2025, at 23:59.
3. Eligibility
The raffle is open to Finnish citizens and permanent residents of Finland. Companies and organizations are not eligible. Employees of the organizer or their family members may not participate.
4. How to Enter
To enter, purchase coffee worth at least €50 from the Nespresso Boutique at Stockmann, Helsinki, between October 1–5. You must be a Nespresso Club member or register as a member at the Boutique when making your purchase.
5. Prize and Winner Selection
The prize is a year’s supply of coffee, consisting of 400 cups (valued up to €479).
Three winners will be selected.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on October 10, 2025. Winners will be contacted personally by email. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Any taxes arising from the prize will be covered by the organizer in accordance with Finnish law.
6. Data Protection
All personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent, except when necessary for the raffle (e.g., prize delivery). Data will be retained only as long as required for the stated purposes or as required by law.

7. Other Terms
The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules or cancel the raffle for justified reasons. Any changes will be announced on the raffle page. By entering, participants accept these rules and agree to abide by them.
